Urban Design and Suburban Design

Broad Scale Design: Schoolyard Habitat
Our permaculture design service is designed to help schools and farms become more sustainable and healthy. We provide hands-on activities and educational opportunities to students, staff, and community members to learn about permaculture practices. We recently took students through the process of making their schoolyard more environmentally friendly, resulting in the school campus earning National Wildlife Federation Certified Habitat, NJ Audubon Ecoschools Schoolyard Habitat Bronze Award, River Friendly School Certification, and completing the Empowered Schools program.
